Mae lleisiau plant a phobl ifanc yn aml yn cael eu hanwybyddu’n llwyr. Dyna’r neges sydd gan Keith Towler, Comisiynydd Plant Cymru, wrth iddo lansio’i Adroddiad Blynyddol a Chyfrifon ar gyfer 2012/13. Mae datganiad i'r wasg o dan embargo am hanner dydd heddiw ynghlwm er gwybodaeth.
The voices of children and young people are often completely ignored. That is the message coming fromKeith Towler, Children’s Commissioner for Wales, as he launches his Annual Report and Accounts for 2012/13.
