Review of Joint Assessment Family Framework
Powys has well established JAFF arrangements that have evolved from an earlier commitment to deliver high quality early intervention services for families with additional needs. These arrangements have been in place in Powys for the last 3 ½ years, and as a Partnership we are keen to review local practice to establish:
¡ What is working well and how to further embed these effective working practices?
¡ What could be further improved or adapted to obtain added value, community benefits and evidence improved outcomes for children and young people.
