‘Autism Plus: Promoting Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing in Autism’.
Our conference takes places on 4 December, in London. Standard rates for parents/carers are £115 but we have received funding from for 10 subsidised places at just £10 each. These places are reserved specifically for parent/carers or people with autism attending from Wales.
The Research Autism ‘Lorna Wing’ series of conferences and seminars is designed for professionals, people with autism, and parents/carers. They feature leading expert speakers, and previous conferences have gained excellent feedback from delegates. Our next conference in the series is:
Autism Plus: Promoting Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing in Autism

This conference will explore how co occurring conditions such as depression and anxiety, sleep, eating disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders (OCD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) affect children and adults on the autism spectrum. We shall also discuss approaches todiagnosis and assessment and importantly intervention.
