Young People's views of Collaborative Working!

At a recent Youth Forum Residential the Young People were asked about the meaning of Collaboration ... this is what they came up with:

What is collaboration?

What does it mean to collaborate?
In order for collaboration to work what do the people involved need to do?
How do people have to behave for collaboration to work?

The forums response -
Collaboration
1. Work together (when 2 become 1)
2. Work efficiently and cooperatively applying patience and enthusiasm and being nice to each other
