Dear Colleague,
As I am sure you know, we need 100,000 signatures to force a debate in the House of Commons about public service cuts which are leaving deaf children without the support they desperately need. A debate will compel ministers to explain what they will do to protect services for deaf children - similar petitions have generated massive publicity and ultimately changed government policy.
To make this happen, I need your help so together we can help deaf children.
Please you do two things to make this happen ?
1. Sign it! Sign the NDCS “Stolen Futures” petition - http://epetitions.direct.gov. uk/petitions/34073
2. Share it! Ask friends, family and other contacts to sign it and share it too. You can do this by sending the email below to friends, family....or even everyone in your address book! Feel free to personalise the email as you wish. If you have any queries or need any help at all, please do contact the campaigns team jo.campion@ndcs.org.uk orjessica.reeves@ndcs.org.uk
Thank you so much to all of you who have already worked so hard to generate signatures. If we all just take 2 minutes to do this, I know we can achieve our 100,000 target. Just click onhttp://epetitions.direct.gov. uk/petitions/34073
Many thanks in anticipation!
Best wishes
Susan
PS Remember, the “multiplier effect” means that just 10 people forwarding to ten more, who forward to 10 more etc, means we could reach the 100,000 target in just 4 steps! Please - do it now, before it slips your mind. http://epetitions.direct.gov. uk/petitions/34073
