14-19 Learners - Good Practice links with Schools

Has your youth or community group had close links with schools to enhance the learning of 14-19 year olds, formally or informally?

Many schools across Powys work well with community groups and we are looking for examples of good practice.  This will help to share that experience and help key decision makers when designing services.
