Mental Capacity Act - Call for Evidence

Mae tîm polisi Deddf Galluedd Meddyliol (DGM) y Weinyddiaeth Gyfiawnder wedi cyhoeddi galwad yn ddiweddar am dystiolaeth i gasglu barn a sylwadau ar y diwygiad arfaethedig o god ymarfer yr Asiantaeth. Mae dolen i'r alwad am dystiolaeth isod a chwestiynau cyffredin ynghlwm.

Byddem yn ddiolchgar pe gallech ddefnyddio eich rhwydweithiau i rannu'r cyswllt hwn mor eang ag sy’n bosibl, oherwydd hoffem ddefnyddio cymaint o adborth â phosibl i lunio'r Cod Ymarfer diwygiedig.
