The website basically has four aims:

1)    To help third sector and private sector organizations to recognise the benefits of using the Welsh language to develop their services, our research findings and testimonial videos help to develop this understanding.

2)    To provide guidance and advice on how to develop various aspects of bilingual delivery e.g. bilingual design

3)    To enable organizations to conduct a self assessment of their current bilingual services and to put an effective plan in place in order to develop their services

4)    To provide an opportunity for organizations to get in touch with our promotion and facilitation team for further advice and/or to register on one of our training courses
