The TAF Co-ordination Team (formerly JAFF) re-launched with a new name and a new look, at a launch event held on 30th March 2015.  The event introduced the new user friendly CAF and TAF forms and support that the TAF Co-ordination Team can offer families and young people across Powys.  If you attended this event we would like you to complete a short survey to evaluate the event and materials provided and to gather questions/feedback you may have following the launch.
