Neglect is generally considered to be the hardest category to evidence in court. However, in this one-hour webinar, Joanna Nicolas will show you how to gather your evidence on neglect and present this in court. This webinar will focus on what needs to be included in your report and will address the dilemma of using research as evidence. Tried and tested examples of how to do this will be provided. It will explore the best way to gather evidence, as well as showing you how to break this down to demonstrate to the court how you have reached your decision. It will also discuss the use of photographs, graphic descriptions and appropriate language when presenting your evidence. By the end of this webinar you should feel more confident about how to gather and present your evidence on child neglect in court.
