Universal Credit Level 1 - E-Learning course is now available

This course will provide an overview of Universal Credit, who it will affect and where those people can get assistance and advice.

Please access this course via the e-learning portal - https://learning.wales.nhs.uk.  This e-learning course can be found on the Powys page and is called “Universal Credit Level 1”.

Universal Credit is rolling out in Powys from 10/10/2018. And replaces 6 main benefits

·       Child Tax Credit

·       Housing Benefit

·       Income Support

·       Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)

·       Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)

·       Working Tax Credit
