Camfanteisio'n Rhywiol ar Blant (CSE)

27 Ebrill 2016, Caerdydd - Ffurflen Archebu Ar-lein
19 Mai 2016, Treffynnon - Ffurflen Archebu Ar-lein

Mae camfanteisio'n rhywiol ar blant (CSE) yn ymwneud â phobl ifanc o dan 18 oed sydd mewn sefyllfaoedd, cyd-destunau a pherthnasoedd camfanteisiol. Bob blwyddyn yng Nghymru mae cannoedd o blant yn dioddef camfanteisio rhywiol ac yn sgîl yr hyn a ddysgwyd yn Rotherham a dinasoedd eraill, mae Plant yng Nghymru'n cynnig cwrs undydd i gynyddu ymwybyddiaeth o Gamfanteisio'n Rhywiol ar Blant.

Mae'r cwrs yma'n gyfle i unrhyw un sy'n gweithio gyda phlant, pobl ifanc a theuluoedd ddysgu beth yw eu cyfrifoldebau statudol wrth ddelio gyda phlant sydd wedi dioddef camfanteisio, sut mae adnabod yr arwyddion, diffiniadau a modelau CSE, ac ymatebion proffesiynol yng nghyd-destun Cymru.

Bydd y cwrs undydd hwn yn ystyried:
  • Diffiniadau o Gamfanteisio'n Rhywiol ar Blant (CSE)
  • Pwy sydd mewn perygl
  • Pwy sy'n cyflawni hyn
  • Adnabod yr arwyddion
  • Nodweddion sy'n gwneud rhywun yn agored i niwed
  • Ymatebion Gweithwyr Proffesiynol
  • Deddfwriaeth a Chanllawiau ar CSE
  • Ystyried pam mae plant yn mynd ar goll
  • Cydsyniad
  • Effaith CSE ar blant, teuluoedd/gofalwyr a brodyr a chwiorydd
  • Trawma a achosir gan CSE
  • Gwersi o Rotherham
  • Gwaith a phartneriaethau effeithiol

Ar gyfer pwy mae'r cwrs wedi'i fwriadu:
Gweithwyr proffesiynol ac ymarferwyr sy'n gweithio gyda phlant, pobl ifanc a theuluoedd ym meysydd gofal cymdeithasol, iechyd ac addysg, asiantaethau statudol eraill, cyrff gwirfoddol a chyrff trydydd sector.

Am yr Hyfforddwr:
Mae gan Cheryl dros 20 mlynedd o brofiad o weithio ym maes gofal cymdeithasol, mewn amrywiaeth o rolau sy'n cynnwys gofal maeth, amddiffyn plant, troseddau ieuenctid, cydraddoldeb ac amrywiaeth a cham-drin domestig. Mae ei phrofiad a'i gwybodaeth am gamfanteisio'n rhywiol ar blant yn deillio o'i gwaith fel gofalwr maeth ac ym maes troseddau ieuenctid. Mae hi'n hyfforddwr cymwysedig ers 8 mlynedd, ac mae hi'n cyflwyno amrywiaeth o hyfforddiant i ystod eang o weithwyr proffesiynol ac ymarferwyr. Mae hi hefyd yn gwnsler cymwysedig ac yn gyfryngwr annibynnol.
