Yr wythnos yma, gosodwyd Memorandwm Esboniadol diwygiedig Bil Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol a’r Tribiwnlys Addysg (Cymru) gerbron Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru. Mae wedi'i ddiweddaru i adlewyrchu gwelliannau a wnaed i'r Bil yn ystod Gam 2 y broses ddeddfwriaethol. Mae'r Asesiadau Effaith diweddaraf o ran Hawliau Plant, Cydraddoldeb a'r Gymraeg hefyd wedi'u cyhoeddi. Disgwylir i weithdrefn Gam 3 gael ei chynnal yn y Cyfarfod Llawn ar 21 Tachwedd.

Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Bill – Revised Explanatory Memorandum Laid and Updated Impact Assessments published!
 
This week the revised Explanatory Memorandum for the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Bill was laid before the National Assembly for Wales. It has been updated to reflect amendments made to the Bill during Stage 2 of the legislative process. Updated Children’s Rights, Equality and Welsh Language Impact Assessments have also been published. Stage 3 proceedings are due to take place in Plenary on 21 November.
