Senior Officer – Children, Young People and Families
35 Hours per week
Salary £2282.83 per month
Based in Llandrindod Wells
The post is initially funded until 31 March 2017
The post holder will work closely with third sector organisations,
statutory sector partners and partnerships, to support a collaborative approach
to policy development and the planning delivery of services for children, young
people and families.
Travel Together Officer
14 Hours per week
Salary £ 823.90 per month
Based in Llandrindod Wells
The post is for a 6 month period
The purpose of this
post is to contribute to the delivery of a countywide Travel Together project
to meet the transport needs of young people and their families. The post holder
will work directly with young people who are currently in education to support
them to access transport and travel solutions; whilst also working with other
agencies to support the delivery of the project.
The closing date for applications is: 12 noon on 17 June
2016.

Bydd deiliad y swydd yn gweithio’n uniongyrchol gyda phobl ifanc sy’n derbyn addysg ar hyn o bryd i’w cefnogi i gael mynediad at gludiant a datrys problemau teithio; ar yr un pryd bydd y swyddog yn gweithio gydag asiantaethau eraill i gefnogi cyflenwi’r prosiect hwn.
