You are welcome to come along to any, or all of our meetings across Powys and bring your friends.
This is our chance to get to know you and for you to get to know each other. Once we've got the introductions out of the way - it's down to business. We need your help and we need to know how we can help you.
We want to:
  • Learn more about your skills and experience

Calling all Wild Women in Llanidloes
We are now ready to launch a Llanidloes group. We've got a brilliant venue - we just need the women to fill it. If you'd like to start / join a group just let Lesley know.

Finalist for FSB Leadership Award
We were selected as 1 of 4 finalists for the recentNetworkShe International Women’s Day Awards.Specifically we were nominated for the  Federation of Business (FSB) Leadership Award which is presented to an inclusive team player with the ability to lead with strategic direction a team or organisation. The event recognises and rewards the inspiring achievements of business women, winners and finalists alike, across the country who ‘make it happen’. “Considering we have only been trading for such a short time, I am thrilled we were selected as an inspirational organisation making it happen for women in business in Wales. We intend to be a serious contender for this award again 2016.”

Hob-Nobbing with Politicians at Llani Solar on March 16th
Last Monday we got the opportunity to meet with our Assembly Member Russell George, Liberal Democrat candidate Jane Dodds who is running for office in the 2015 General Election and Glyn Davies the current MP for Montgomeryshire. Armed with our banner and new tree logo, we explained the work we are doing to inspire, support and promote women in business. We also had the opportunity to talk with Philip Bowen the current High Sheriff of Powys. All our local politicians were extremely supportive of what we are doing and we intend to stay up on their radar.
