Thanks to a very generous grant from the BIG Lottery fund, Play Montgomeryshire can run a Splash of Play in four local communities in Montgomeryshire during the school holidays, from Easter until the October half term, 2014.
They will be taking a Splash of Play to the children and families of
Machynlleth Bron y Gog Estate on Tuesday 15th and 24th April 10 to 12 andCaersws Main Street Park from 2 to 4
Newtown Town Park near Radio Hafren on Thursday 15th and 24th April 10 to 12 and Welshpool Skansis Pitch on Oldford Estate 2 to 4
Activities will include games, crafts, dressing up and woodland activities. It is free of charge and open to all children. The activities are targeted to children aged 8 to 12 years old, but other children are welcome. Teens can enjoy supporting the younger children (and do a bit themselves), whilst children under 8 years will need to bring their own responsible adult who can also join in the fun!
