Dementia Care Conference 2013 - 'The Butterfly Effect'

Please find attached flyer for the Dementia Care Conference being held on the 18^th January 2013 in partnership with Powys County Council, Social Care in Partnership, Powys Association of Voluntary Organisations (PAVO) and Unison. The theme is ‘The Butterfly Effect’ with guest speakers including David Sheard from Dementia Care Matters and Dynamix.

Places are limited and it is essential that you book your place.
