Focus on Play
This gathering of Play Providers is being funded by the Big
Lottery through Play in Powys (a Powys County Council initiative supported by
PAVO and Dyfodol Powys Futures). Part of the funding was to develop a Play
Forum in each of the Shires. Play Montgomeryshire has been asked to do this in
Montgomeryshire.
As Play Providers ourselves we didnt fancy sitting around
talking for 2 hours, but we did want people to meet, network and talk about
play. With these views in mind we are running this “Focus on Play” day.
The aims are:
1.To
bring Montgomeryshire Play Providers together with the purpose of discussing
each others activities and networking.
2.Compare
the purpose of Play in comparison to other children's leisure time activities.
3.Plan
for the future of Play within Montgomeryshire
You
AND YOUR CHILDREN and YOUNG PEOPLE are invited to a free play session at
Trehafren Hall on Friday 31st August from 2 to 4pm where we can all
play and then reflect on what kind of play we want to promote for our young
people in the future. This will help inform all our decisions about the
projects we hope to take up next year.

Canolbwyntio ar Chwarae
Mae’r cyfarfod hwn i Ddarparwyr Chwarae
yn cael ei gyllido gan y Loteri Fawr drwy Chwarae ym Mhowys (menter Cyngor Sir
Powys a gefnogir gan PAVO a Dyfodol Powys Futures). Roedd rhan o'r cyllid ar
gyfer datblygu Fforwm Chwarae ym mhob un o'r Siroedd. Gofynnwyd i Chwarae Sir
Drefaldwyn wneud hyn yn Sir Drefaldwyn.
Fel
darparwyr Chwarae ein hunain nad oeddem yn ffansi eistedd o gwmpas yn siarad am
2 awr, ond roeddem am i bobl gyfarfod, rhwydweithio a siarad am chwarae. Gyda’r
safbwyntiau hyn mewn golwg, rydym yn rhedeg y diwrnod "Canolbwyntio ar
Chwarae".
Y nodau yw:
1. Dod â Darparwyr Chwarae Sir
Drefaldwyn ynghyd â'r diben o drafod gweithgareddau ein gilydd a rhwydweithio.
2.Cymharu pwrpas Chwarae o'i gymharu â
gweithgareddau hamdden eraill i blant.
3.Cynllunio ar gyfer y dyfodol chwarae
o fewn Sir Drefaldwyn
Fe’ch
gwahoddir CHI a'ch PLANT a PHOBL IFANC i sesiwn chwarae rhydd ar yn Neuadd
Trehafren ar ddydd Gwener 31 Awst o 2 i 4 lle y gall pob un ohonom chwarae ac
yna myfyrio ar y math o chwarae rydym eisiau ei hyrwyddo ar gyfer ein pobl
ifanc yn y dyfodol. Bydd hyn yn helpu i lywio ein holl benderfyniadau am y
prosiectau yr ydym yn gobeithio ymwneud â nhw'r flwyddyn nesaf.
