Rydym wrth ein bodd i
gyhoeddi bod datblygiadau technegol sy’n caniatáu rhannu gwybodaeth ynglŷn â
sefydliadau a gwasanaethau trydydd sector perthnasol rhwng Infoengine a Dewis
Cymru yn awr yn weithredol.
Cyfeiriadur ar-lein o wasanaethau'r trydydd sector yng
Nghymru yw Infoengine.
Fe'i darperir a chefnogir gan Gefnogi
Trydydd Sector Cymru, partneriaeth o Gynghorau
Gwirfoddol Sirol a Chyngor Gweithredu Gwirfoddol Cymru. Mae ganddo dros 4,000 o
wasanaethau a gynigir gan sefydliadau gwirfoddol a grwpiau cymunedol. Mae'r
nifer hwn yn cynyddu bob dydd.
Gwefan yw Dewis Cymru
sy’n darparu gwybodaeth ynglŷn â llesiant yng Nghymru. Darparir y wefan gan
Data Cymru ar ran y 22 awdurdod lleol yng Nghymru. Mae’n cynnwys cyfeiriadur o
dros 6,000 o wasanaethau lleol a chenedlaethol gan gynnwys gwasanaethau
llywodraeth leol, grwpiau cymunedol, sefydliadau gwirfoddol a busnesau. Mae
Infoengine yn ychwanegu cyfeiriadur cynhwysfawr o wybodaeth ynglŷn â
gwasanaethau trydydd sector sy’n ei wneud yn ffynhonnell unigryw o wybodaeth i’w
ddefnyddio ar draws Cymru. Mae hefyd yn cynnwys set o dudalennau gwybodaeth
sy’n helpu pobl i feddwl am ‘beth sy’n bwysig’ iddynt, a’u galluogi i ddod o
hyd i gymorth ymarferol lleol.
Mae’r datblygiad yma yn enghraifft arbennig o gyd-weithio
rhwng y trydydd sector a’r sector gyhoeddus yng Nghymru, ac mae’n sicrhau bod
gwybodaeth ar gael i’r cyhoedd ac i’r rheini sy’n paratoi gwasanaethau cyngor a
chefnogaeth iddynt ar draws Cymru. Yn ymarferol, bydd gwybodaeth ar gael ar y
ddau wefan gwaeth pa bynnag un mae’r wybodaeth yn cael ei ychwanegu arno.
Information sharing link now LIVE!
We are delighted to
announce that technical developments allowing information about relevant third
sector organisations and services to be shared between infoengine and Dewis Cymru
are now operational.
Infoengine
is an online directory of third sector services in Wales. It is provided and
supported by Third
Sector Support Wales, a partnership of County
Voluntary Councils and the Wales Council for Voluntary Action. It has over
4,000 services offered by voluntary organisations and community groups. This
number increases daily.
Dewis Cymru
is a website providing information about well-being in Wales. The website is
developed by Data Cymru on behalf of the 22 local authorities in Wales. It
contains a resource directory of over 6,000 local and national organisations
and services including local authority services, community groups, voluntary
organisations and businesses. Infoengine adds to this a comprehensive set of
information about third sector services making it a unique source of
information for use across Wales. It also includes a set of Information Pages
designed to help people think about ‘what matters’ to them, and helps them find
local, practical support.
This development is a real example of practical
collaboration between the third sector and the public sector in Wales and
ensures that information is readily available to both the public and to those
who offer advice and support to the public across Wales. In practical terms,
information about such services is now visible on both sites regardless of
where the information is added.
