Consultations on Fostering Services , Advocacy Services and Adult Placement Services




Mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi cyhoeddi tri ymgynghoriad yn ymwneud â Chyfnod 3 o roi Deddf Rheoleiddio ac Arolygu Gofal Cymdeithasol (Cymru) 2016 ar waith.

Mae'r Ddeddf yn sefydlu system newydd ar gyfer rheoleiddio ac arolygu gofal cymdeithasol sy'n amddiffyn hawliau dinasyddion Cymru i gael gofal a chymorth diogel, perthnasol, gydag urddas. 

Rydym yn ymgynghori ar welliannau i’r ffordd y rheoleiddir gwasanaethau maethugwasanaethau lleoli oedolion ac, am y tro cyntaf, gwasanaethau eirioli mewn perthynas ag eiriolaeth statudol i blant.

The Welsh Government has published three consultations relating to Phase 3 of implementation of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016.

The Act establishes a new system of regulation and inspection of social care that upholds the rights of Welsh citizens to dignified, safe and appropriate care and support.

We are consulting on improvements to the regulation of fostering servicesadult placement services and, for the first time, of advocacy services in respect of children’s statutory advocacy.
