Some young people don't....
........ go to some sort of youth club.
Let us know why young people are not going along to their local youth club - either Powys County Council, Scouts, Guides, YFC, Urdd, your local independent group ran by dedicated parents?
If they haven't the time, doesn't appeal, already doing other things - heavily into sport or other interests - it doesn't matter why they don't attend. They are not being forced to attend but it would be useful to know why.
