Faith in Families is a registered
charity working with children and families in disadvantaged areas of Swansea
and Brecon.
Our new St. Johns Family Centre in
Brecon aims to bring voluntary and statutory sectors such as Education, Care,
Health and Family Support under one roof to share expertise on both sides to
improve the co-ordination, quantity and quality of services, which will ensure
better outcomes for the children and families within the community.
PLAY
LEADER
To help
provide a warm safe environment for children and their parents/carers together
with opportunities for activities that will enhance their physical, emotional,
educational and spiritual development
Salary Scale Point: NJC 14-17 (£15,725
- £16,830) Pro Rata. 8 hours – Temporary contract,
dependent on future funding.
PLAY ASSISTANT
To help plan,
provide and take part in activities to stimulate and support children’s
educational, physical, social, language, emotional and play development.
Salary Scale Point: NJC 11 – 13
(14,733 - £15,444) Pro Rata. 7.5 hours – Temporary contract,
dependent on future funding.
ADMINISTRATOR
We are
looking for a capable, adaptable and enthusiastic person who thrives on a
challenge.
Salary Scale Point: NJC 11 – 13
(14,733 - £15,444) Pro Rata. 8
hours – Temporary contract, dependent on future funding.
CARETAKER
We are looking for a hardworking, honest,
self-motivated person to act as a Family Centre Caretaker/Cleaner, willing to
support the organisations aims and values.
Scale: £7.00 per hour. 6
hours per week – Temporary contract, dependent on future funding.
