Mae fersiwn hawdd ei ddeall a dogfen ymgynghori o’r Cod
drafft ADY i blant a phobl ifanc a rheoliadau arfaethedig ar gael ar lein. Bydd y fframwaith deddfwriaethol newydd yn
helpu i wella cynllunio a darparu system ADY yng Nghymru. I sicrhau llwyddiant y system newydd i
gefnogi pob dysgwr ag ADY, mae angen i ni glywed eich barn.

Consultation: ALN Code and Proposed Regulations – Easy Read
and Children & Young People’s Consultation documents available
An easy read version and a children and young people’s version of the consultation on
the draft ALN Code and proposed regulations is now available online. The new
legislative framework will help improve the planning and delivery of the ALN
system in Wales. To get it right, and
ensure it delivers the outcomes we want for all learners with ALN, we need to
hear your views.
