Play Survey - have your young people taken part?

Please see below for the Welsh and English links to the 2018 Powys Play survey.  

The deadline for responses is the 20th January 2019.
Just a reminder and to clarify that the survey is for children and young people (up to 25 years) to complete.  For younger children, please can parents and/or guardians assist by completing the survey on their child’s behalf or assist as needed.
