Powys County Council need your help in getting the views of children and young people on the Powys Pledge for Children. Powys County Council and Powys Teaching Health Board committed themselves to producing a pledge for all children and young people in Powys, this pledge will also be open to anyone to adopt including schools and third sector organisations. The pledge so far has been developed by Powys Youth Forum, professionals and information obtained through the secondary and primary ‘Have Your Say Day’ events.
We now would like to get as much feedback on the content as possible, so I would be extremely grateful if you could talk to your children and young people and either encourage them to complete the online survey or run mini workshops on the two following questions:
1) Does this pledge ensure that Children and Young People will get the best possible service in Powys?
2) How will we know we have been successful in getting this pledge right?
