WCVA Newsletter - 8 October 2018

Updates from WCVA

08 October 2018
Hello, and welcome to this week's newsletter.
The past few months we've been reshaping the organisation so that we can best deliver on the ambitious goals set out in our vision and mission. We're looking for a Manager to head up our new Marketing & Membership team. As Manager you'll be providing strong strategic leadership across our membership, marketing and communications work, ensuring delivery is supported by engaging learning and events programmes. You will also be leading an internal culture change, putting our members at the heart of everything we do. If you think you fit the bill, fill in an application by 15 October.
It's almost time for members to vote for their top eight nominees to join WCVA's board of trustees! We received an unprecedented 25 nominations to the board this year which is outstanding, thank you to everyone that got involved in the nomination process. We asked the nominees 'Why should WCVA's members vote for you to be a trustee?' - view their responses here and get your faves ready for when voting opens on 30 October.
Thanks for reading, we'll see you all again next week.
