As part of the Children & Young People's Partnership planning processes partners will be reviewing the Strategic Interventions Framework and identifying any workforce development needs, as a result.
The CYPP commissioning strategies means that the CYPP are committed:
1 - to commission interventions/programmes that meet a clearly identified and
evidenced need in Powys
2 - Where
possible to work with strongly evidence based interventions/programmes
3 – To ensure
any interventions are widely developed across a multi-agency workforce and that
ongoing training and support is programmed through the central training unit
4 –To ensure
that any evidence based interventions are delivered with fidelity and that
appropriate support and supervision is put in place.
5 – To ensure
any interventions/approaches are complimentary and fit within a whole system,
multi-agency approach.
