CBBC: Deadly Mission Madagascar

IT’S TIME TO SAVE THE PLANET!

A group of selected Deadly Explorers, each with their own super skill, are going to embark on an earth-changing wildlife adventure – a Deadly mission into the wilds of Madagascar; their challenge, to make a difference.

DO YOU LOVE BEING OUTDOORS AND IMMERSING YOUSELF IN NATURE?
ARE YOU NOT AFRAID OF HARD WORK OR  GETTING YOUR HANDS DIRTY?
ARE YOU READY TO STEP BOLDLY INTO THE UNKNOWN AND TAKE A TRIP OF A LIFE TIME?
Madagascar is a one the most unique and bizarre places on Earth– where over 80% of its plant and animal species are found nowhere else on earth, but all of this is under threat and that is where our gang comes in.

Our group of Deadly agents are going to the conservation frontline, to get stuck in with the established projects that are doing what they can for the rare and extraordinary Malagasy wildlife.

But to do this our kids are going to have get stuck in, surveying, caving, kayaking, digging, planting, living with local families, fishing, fetching water, abseiling, building, radio collaring and re-releasing wildlife to on this deadly mission.

Do you think YOU can handle it?
Before you go any further you need to know that in order to apply you need to be at least 11 years old on 1st August this year and no older than 14. You’ll also need parental permission and be completely  free for the whole August.
If you’re still interested, please log onto the CBBC website to find out more;              http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/help/tvhelp/beonashow  and click on Deadly Mission Madagascar!
